The group is focused on research in the domain of Deep Learning, AI in Health and Medical Image Analysis.
Current projects are varied and are spread across the domains of Spatial Transcriptomics, Hematology, Oral Health Sciences, Oncopathology, Cardiothoracic imaging and Neuroimaging across multiple clinical centers. The focus is on developing solutions that are both SOTA in their domains but at the same time can be implemented in the clinical workflow so that they can impact the target audience.
Besides the above, the group has recently started exploring the use of DL models in the domain of drug discovery and molecule property prediction.
